How can I track my order?

After placing an order you will have to wait a few days for processing your order. Sometimes it can take up to 5 days. Usually, after 2 days you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order by going to Track17

If you are located in the USA, you can also track your order by using USPS.

I can't see updates on my order

It normally takes 5-10 business days for tracking logistics to show, so don’t worry.

How long is the shipping time?

Shipping time normally takes 7-20 business days as we use E-Packet as our preferred shipping method.

Order processing can take up to 10 business days.

Express shipping takes up to 8 days.

I think my order has been lost

All orders are protected by our shipping warranty. If it has been more than 45 days and your order has not arrived, please contact us and we can issue a refund, resend the item or issue you store credit.

Why is my order in the same place for so long?

If you are tracking your order and there have not been any new updates on it, then it just means that your order was held at customs

If your package IS held by customs, please understand that we cannot call to rush the process as it is a government entity that is there to protect your country. We are not affiliated with any shipping companies. If you have any questions about address changing, mail forwarding or if you order says “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local post office.

I ordered more than one item, I only got one, where is the rest?

WATASHI STORE partners with multiple global vendors to provide you with a wide variety of fashion pieces to choose from.

If you ordered more than one item, then its most likely that they are being shipped earlier than the others but we can guarantee that the rest will be getting to you very soon.

Will this item get to me before...?

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the specified day.

I made a mistake, can I cancel my order?

If you placed your order within 24 hours, you can email us at info@watashistore.com with the request of cancelling your order.

Your order number and your reason for cancellation and we will cancel your order.

How long does the refund take?

After we have sen your fund it might take from 1-5 business days. Please be patient.

I received a faulty item

Oh no! We are so sorry about this 🙁

But the good news is that there is nothing to worry about! Please email us at info@watshistore.com within the week of getting your item following with your order number and a photo of the faulty area of the clothing piece. We will then send it to our manufacturer and have them ship another item!

I got my item but it is too small. Can I return it?

All of our items have a measurement chart for you to measure yourself to have an idea of what size to choose. If you are not sure which are your measurements, we recommend going a size up than your normal size. If you would like to return, you must send the package back to the shipping address that is in the package and send us a tracking number as proof that the package is being sent back to us. Please notify us via info@watashistore.com that you are sending your item back to us so that we can arrange a refund once we get it.

Out of stock items post-order

Watashi Store always strives itself on providing high-quality products and service to its customers at an affordable price but from time-to-time, during the order processing stage we may discover a manufacturing fault with some products or that some products are not 100% satisfactory for dispatch.

Incorrect item in your order?

Unfortunately on occasion our warehouse may send out an incorrect item. If this has happened to your order, please contact our Customer Care team via info@watashistore.com so we can sort this out as quickly as possible. Include your order number, the name of the item you ordered and the picture on the item you received.
